CityPulse x IBM WatsonX
2026AI SystemsFull-Stack · Civic Tech
CityPulse is a policy intelligence platform designed to help governments simulate public reaction before real-world rollout. It combines real-time data ingestion, LLM-driven reasoning, and large-scale swarm simulation to model how policies may influence sentiment, behavior, and city-scale response. The system was built as a full-stack product with production-minded architecture, fast simulation cycles, and a clear path toward municipal use.
A full-stack civic intelligence platform that predicts policy impact through real-time data, agent simulation, and multimodal AI reasoning.

- IBM watsonx
- Claude API
Highlights
- —Engineered a microservices-based platform to predict public reaction to government policies with 92% accuracy on validated rollout datasets
- —Deployed a 1,000-agent swarm simulation completing in 30–45 seconds to model crowd and sentiment dynamics at city scale
- —Integrated IBM watsonx and Claude API for agent reasoning, interpretation, and large-scale behavioral simulation
- —Built a real-time dashboard and REST API layer for scenario testing before policy deployment
- —Designed the system around practical deployment potential, with a direct path toward municipal pilot programs
